1.0. Manage Tab

1.1. Interactive Affiliate Manager top
If you own a website that has implemented affiliate programs from which you earn commissions on sales or leads, this tool is designed for you.
With the IOP affiliate manager you can easily overview and manage all your built in affiliate programs, check on sales and pending commission from one easy spot.

1.1.1. Add Affiliate Program top
If we have built your site or we have implemented your affiliate programs, please go to 1.1.2.

In case we have NOT CREATED YOUR SITE, and you want to manage the affiliate programs that you or someone else has built in to your site, you can add them here all.
To start you have to add your site's implemented affiliate programs to your aff.mgr. (affiliate manager).
It's quick and easy, just click on add affiliate Program and fill in the details.
Choose a category for your particular Program, give it a name, add the URL(s), username etc. and click on upload. The Program will be automatically saved in your aff.mgr. for you to check later.

If you have purchased a site from us or had us implement some additional affiliate programs in to your site, we most likely will have added all the programs to your affiliate manager already.
In this case, you do not need to add any programs and can proceed to 1.1.2. (Show Affiliate Programs).

1.1.2. Show Affiliate Programs top
If we have created your website and/or implemented any affiliate programs to your site, we most likely have added the affiliate programs already to your Affiliate Manager.
So you DO NOT NEED to add them yourself anymore.
Just click on 'show my affiliate programs" and you will see the overview page for all programs that are built in to you site. You can click directly on the affiliate links listed to access the concerning affiliate back end provider panel to check your commissions/sales and pending payment.
You can also click on 'edit' to change your usernames or passwords in case you change them one day at the affiliate provider.

1.1.2.A Overview all your affiliate programs top
Click on the "Affiliate Log In URL" to connect directly to the particular provider's login page, check on your pending sales or reservations/orders, outstanding commission or payments received.

1.1.2.B. Add Affiliate Username/password/userID (CID) top
If we have created your site or added affiliate programs to your site, the fields "username" and "password" will be blank. You will need to add those exactly as you signed up for the Program yourself in the blank
fields.

1.1.2.C Sign Up at the Affiliate Programs top
Click on the "Affiliate Sign Up URL" to go directly to the particular provider's affiliate sign up page.
If we have created your site or added additional affiliate programs to your site, this is the link for you to sign up at the concerning affiliate Program, assign yourself for each provider a password and username
and submit your payment preferences and mailing address.
Each provider will email you back a confirmation with all the access details like username, ID (CID) number and password. This is the information you need to add as explained in 1.1.2.b. into the blank fields for each affiliate Program in "show affiliate programs".

1.2. Affiliate organizer download top
This is a tool to keep a back up on your personal computer or notebook of your affiliate relations.
It was the first edition we offered our customers to organize their programs, however the brand new "Affiliate Manager" (1.1.) is the way to go. We just did not want to exclude this tool for some clients who are already set up with it and use it day by day. However, we strongly recommend to use the Interactive Affiliate Manager instead because the data houses on our every minute updated and secured server units. Your pc may crash and loose all data you have in your Affiliate organizer.

2.0. Monitor section top

Here you can check your website's popularity and compare it to your competitors sites.
This are a useful tools to stay 'on top' and always one step ahead of your competition.
Use those tools regularly, at least once a week so you will be able to react to any changes.

2.1. Link Popularity Checker top
Link popularity is the total number of web sites that link to your site.
Most of the major search engines now factor Link Popularity into their relevancy algorithms.
As a result, increasing the number of quality, relevant sites which link to your site can actually improve your search engine rankings. There is still no one "secret trick" to getting good rankings, but boosting your site's popularity may give it the edge it needs.

2.2. Search Engine Rank Checker top
This tool speedily tells you on which of the major search engines your site is listed.
Once the results appear, you may click on any of the search engine links to verify the results.
Your search engine listings are a crucial part of your overall success, unless you pay for advertising.
Overview your site's search engine listings continually to be able to make changes accordingly to your site.

2.3. Alexa Traffic Ranker top
This tool gives the average number of pages a visitor browses through when he is visiting.
The number of surfers out of a million that is likely to visit the site. The ranking of your site is based on popularity and traffic it receives. The sites that are among the top 100 000 are given in a graph to see and learn how the popularity has developed in the past.
This is particularly important for you to learn the truth about another websites traffic if you plan on buying advertising on this website. It also shows yourself where you site stands and how it does improve.

3.0. Promote section top

Here you can actively promote and optimize your website.
If we have created or optimized your site, your meta tags will be all in place and ready to go.
If you have not added meta tags nor optimized your site, you may use the "Meta Tag Creator" and "Keyword Finder" tool to optimize your website or have someone else do it, before you use the search engine submitter.

3.1. Search Engine Submitter top
With this tool you can submit your website to all listed search engines with just one click on a button.
This is a selection of very effective search engines that feed results indirectly to the larger ones like Yahoo, MSN, AOL and so on. Use this tool weekly and you will have results within 2-3 months.

3.2. Keyword Finder top
Keywords are important. They should describe the services and products your site offers with the best matching and available words that internet surfers may use to search for certain products/services.
Sometime the obvious is not obvious and this tool helps you to determine out of a pre-given text the best possible keywords for your website. Use those keywords thereafter for Pay per CLick search engine promotion or even in your meta tag creator (3.3.) as you can learn below.

3.3. Meta Tag Creator top
The Meta Tag Creator tool is designed for the a little more experienced webmasters.
If you know how to connect through ftp to your site and change files with a html editor,
you should first consider what pages (files) you want to add meta tags to.
Once you have done this, use the "Keyword Finder" (3.2.) first to determine and create the best working keywords for your site. Once you have a list of keywords, add them to the meta tag creator and create new meat tags for your site. Then add them to the pages you decided on earlier and upload all of them via ftp to your the server and your website.

4.0. Control section top

Those tools lets you check on all the services that are included in your particular webmaster plan or you have ordered separately in the "Add Services" section.
Our system updates the status for each service automatically so you can check 24/7 on all services you have paid for and we deliver.

4.1. Paid Service Status top
This sections shows you the status of each service that you ordered/paid or have included in your webmaster hosting plan. Here can you overlook everything from one spot if we have delivered what we promises. No guess work here, every search engine submission report is visible, every door page and network traffic that we send is shown.

4.2. Search Engine Reports top
If you have ordered our manual search engine submission for your site or door pages (4.3.)
in the "Add Services" section or this is included in your webmaster plan, here we show you every month your site's particular submission reports.
No guesswork here if we did submit your site or not, we proof it - right in front of you.

4.3. Door Pages Online top
If you have ordered any amount of door pages or door pages were included in your webmaster plan,
that's the place where we show you that we created them and set them online with a particular URL.
Just click on the door page link and you will connect directly to the page online.

4.4. Traffic Reports top
This tool connects you to our traffic network administration. You can see if your campaign is still active and check your incoming traffic in real time.
You have to log in again with your email address and the GIVEN password "exclusive"
(this is important so the system knows what traffic network delivers).
Once logged in, you see all the traffic details of your paid campaigns in REAL TIME or the ones that you have purchased separately in the "Add Services" section.
You see the one that's already delivered for this month and the one still pending.

5.0. Add Service section top

If the "monitor" sections shows your website does not have the popularity yet that you expect, You can add here additional efficient services that our techs deliver manually for your site.
As a registered IOP webmaster panel member, you receive all services exclusively with a 30% price reduction on our officially published rates.

5.1. Order Network Traffic top
If this service is included in your webmaster plan or your ordered it separately in the "Add Services" section, we will start sending so called network traffic to your website.
Network traffic is useful to obtain higher search engine rankings resulting from Alexa traffic ranking placements. Do not expect immediate sales from this low priced traffic.
Ongoing service will usually show results within 2-3 months of your first campaign.
You can check the traffic we send in real time in your "Control" section (4.1.).

5.2. Order Search Engine Submission top
If this service is included in your webmaster plan or your ordered it separately in the "Add Services" section, we will submit your website (door pages) to over 300 000 search engines, ffa lists and link networks.
We offer 2 different deepness levels (regular/pro submission) of submission, depending on your budget you can choose any you want.
You can check the submission reports for each submission in your "Control" section (4.1.).

5.3. HOW TO USE THE INTERACTIVE DOOR PAGE CREATOR top
If this service is included in your webmaster plan or your ordered it separately in the "Add Services" section, you will be able to create
and upload so called door pages directly to your website and hosting
account. This is done on the fly' and does nto require any knowledge.
