How
to create Email accounts.
You
will need to set up your desired email
address on the server at first.
Then you will need to set up your email
address in Outlook Express.
- Step 1:
After you have added a hosting account
and allowed control panel access, you
want may to create Email Accounts. Log
into myIOP panel and then on 'Server
Connect'.
Log in again with your domain name and
password in to the Plesk panel and click
Domains.
Step 2:
Click on the domain name for which
you will be creatings emails account.
Step 3:
Click the Mail button under Services.
Step 4:
Click Add New Mail Name.
Step 5:
Type in a username and password (twice).
Also, check the option called Control
Pnael access if you want to enable
Webmail for this email account.
Step 6:
Check the MailBox option to enable
this account. You may also set up
a quota for this user. Click OK when
finished.
Step 7:
You will be taken to the management
screen for that email user. Note:
when checking mail using an email
client, the username is the full email
address. Also, enable SMTP authentication.
Outlook Express Email account Set
Up info:
Pop3 mail server: mail.YOURDOMAIN.com
SMTP mail server: mail.YOURDOMAIN.com
Username: username@YOURDOMAIN.com
Password: your password
Checkmark 'my server requires authorization'
